Send message to participants of the shipment #
Within the shipment, you can create conversation groups with all the invited participants.
To do this, locate the «Messages» tab at the top right of the shipment.
Once inside, click on the «New message» button.
The following window will open, where you can set the title and description of the message.
Then, click the «Change» button to select the message recipients.
A window will open where you can select each person in the shipment who should be notified.
Locate and select the email addresses of the people who should receive the notification.
After selecting the recipients, click «Save,» and you will see a logo for each invited recipient at the bottom of the message.
Finally, click «Save» to send the message.
Replying to messages #
When you are added to a conversation and receive a message within USYNCRO, enter the chat of the shipment to respond. You can do this through the notification received in the email or from the shipment itself by clicking on the «Messages» tab.

When you access the conversation, you will see a text box where you can write your response to the message, which will be visible to all invited members of the chat.

Type in the text box the reply to the message and click «Save» to send the message.
