How to change my password? V1

If you cannot remember or enter your password correctly, you must:

1. Click on «I forgot my password«, which will cause a new window to open.

2. In the «Recovery password» window, you will be able to enter your account email address to receive the password recovery email.

Once you have clicked on «Send» you will receive the following email, as shown in the image below, where to continue with the process you must click on «Recover«.

You will then be taken to the next page, where you will be able to enter your new password. Once submitted you will be able to log in normally.

If you wish to modify your password or any other personal data of your account, from within the platform, you can open the 3-bar menu at the top.

Once the menu of your account is open, proceed to access the «My account» section.

After accessing «My account» you will see the following window, where you can make changes in your personal data and password:

1. Confirm that you are in the ¨Personal data¨ tab.

2. In the left section, you will have the personal data that you will be allowed to change. Once modified click on «Change personal data» to save the changes.

3. In the right section «Change password» you will be able to enter your new password, repeat it again below and click «Send» to save your new password.

Once the changes have been sent and saved, you will have your new functional password and you will be able to view the changes to your personal data.
