Add and invite the customs authority. #
To invite the Spanish Customs to your shipments, you will first need to add a «Customs» box to the flow of your shipment.
Then, click on it to open the window with all the fields to be completed. Click on «Search organization» and select the favorite for the Spanish Customs to automatically fill in the data.
If you haven't saved the Customs as a favorite, use the following information as shown in the "Add favorites" slide and save it as a favorite:

When all the fields are completed, proceed to invite the Customs to the shipment. To do this, click on the «Invitations» tab at the top of the window.
Once here, locate the field with the Customs’ EORI number, and you will see a checkbox called «Invited Organization» on the right. Click on it and save the box to invite the Customs to the shipment.
Customs Clereance #
Subsequently, when you have uploaded all the documentation to the shipment and have issued the MRN (Movement Reference Number), enter it in the Customs box. To do this, go into that box and scroll down to the bottom.
There you will see the field called «Customs Registration Number» Enter the MRN and click «Save» From that point on, the Customs will be able to process the clearance through the platform.
