To begin, enter one of the shipments or create a new record from zero. Once inside the record, you will see the button to access the messaging for that operation on the upper right side.
After clicking on the «Messages» button you will be redirected to the internal messaging of the shipment, where you will be able to view the list of chats that have been created. Also, by clicking on the «New Message» button you can create a new chat with a participant of the operation.
After clicking on «New Message«, you can set the title and content of the message that it is going to be send. After defining the content, click on «Edit Participants» to set the recipients of the message.
When you click on «Edit participants«, the following window will open, where you can select the participants who will receive the message notification.
After selecting the receivers of the message and saving the changes, you will see the following image with the message preview, along with the message title, content and, at the bottom, the participants who will receive the notification.
If all the information in the message is correct, click on the «Send» button.
In the following image, you can see the preview of the message when it is received, together with the field to enter the content of the reply. Also, at the bottom you will find a button to mute notifications of upcoming messages and the button to send the reply.
After creating the first message, in the chat list you will see the chat that was just created, along with some data about it.
Finally, if you click on any chat in the list, you will see a preview of the chat with the option to reply (as shown above).
