Once inside, locate the \u00ab<b>Record Creator Reference<\/b>\u00bb field (on the left side of the window). Include the reference by which you and your collaborators can locate the shipment in the future. This is the reference that all participants will use.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/97_image.png\" width=\"1846\" height=\"772\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Subsequently, you can also view information related to the shipment data in the fields below, such as the <b>Total Shipment Value or Total Weight<\/b>. These fields will be <b>automatically filled once the invoices are added to the record<\/b>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"h_ee6c0857af\">Add particular reference of each actor<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Each collaborator invited to the shipment can designate their own reference by which they can locate the shipments, in addition to the \u00ab<b>Record Creator Reference<\/b>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">To do this, the participant will need to click on the respective box for their role in the shipment. This information will update as you add more invoices.
