Proceed to enter the <b>name and email<\/b> of the person you want to invite. Remember to select the language and the role that person will have, either <b>Admin or Manager<\/b> of the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Then, click on \u00ab<b>Invite<\/b>\u00bb to send the invitation to the account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b><i><code>The Admin<\/code><\/i><\/b><i><code> has the ability to manage visibility permissions and send invitations to other members of the company.\u200b<\/code><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b><i><code>The Manager<\/code><\/i><\/b><i><code> has permissions to manage information related to the shipments.<\/code><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/11_image.png\" width=\"1833\" height=\"771\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The invited person will receive an email at the provided address with an access link to the account. They will need to click on \u00ab<b>Sign up<\/b>\u00bb to access it.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/12_image.png\" width=\"1434\" height=\"708\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">After clicking on the email link, they will be redirected to the following window, where they will need to enter the password they want to use for their account.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/13_image.png\" width=\"1900\" height=\"849\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Once they have accepted the terms and conditions and clicked on \u00ab<b>Continue<\/b>,\u00bb they will be able to access the account, viewing the dashboard of created shipments, as shown in the image.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/14_image.png\" width=\"1833\" height=\"777\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"h_3325dd97d4\">Permissions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">First, click on the \u00ab<b>Permissions<\/b>\u00bb tab at the top of the screen.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Here you can configure the permissions for your company&#8217;s account. These permissions will be used to create all the basic templates that will be opened from that moment on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/15_image.png\" width=\"1833\" height=\"771\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<hr>\n<h3 id=\"h_34928650e5\">Permissions on resources<\/h3>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You will see 3 sections of permissions at the top. First, navigate to the \u00ab<b>Resources Permissions<\/b>\u00bb tab, understanding that by \u00ab<b>resources<\/b>\u00bb we mean the boxes within a shipment.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/16_image.png\" width=\"1834\" height=\"771\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">On the top row, you will see the different \u00ab<b>actors\/roles<\/b>\u00bb that can be invited within a shipment, and on the left column, you will see the different \u00ab<b>boxes\/resources<\/b>\u00bb that can exist.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/17_image.png\" width=\"1834\" height=\"771\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Set the permissions for each potential invitee, with the sections of the shipment, according to your company&#8217;s preferences. Here you will decide what the invitees can do in each section of the shipment (in general terms).\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">For each actor, you can enable a series of permissions, which are:\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>View resource (<\/b><i>Eye<\/i><b>)<\/b>: view the invited company in the box and all the information entered in it.\u200b<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Edit resource (<\/b><i>Pencil<\/i><b>)<\/b>: enter and edit the information on the box.\u200b<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Invite (<\/b><i>Person<\/i><b>)<\/b>: invite a participant to that box (granting them those permissions).\u200b<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Create\/manage events (<\/b><i>Calendar<\/i><b>)<\/b>: create events for that resource. Within each shipment you create, you can modify the permissions within it and save them as a template with special permissions, as each shipment can have different preferences.\u200b<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"h_cff94e40bc\">Notifications<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You will also be able to set your preferences for how to receive notifications on the platform. To do this, go to the tab called \u00ab<b>Notifications<\/b>\u00ab.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/32_image.png\" width=\"1834\" height=\"771\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">In this section, you can indicate how you prefer to receive alerts regarding the shipments you are working on and which actions you want to be notified about.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/33_image.png\" width=\"1838\" height=\"774\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">In this section, you will see a table where the left column contains all the milestones that can be notified within a shipment.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">And the top row contains the different <b>channels <\/b>through which you can choose to be notified. These are designed to visualize all the phases that the shipment goes through and its current status. These events are defined by each company and added to the records as they occur by the participants.\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/38_image.png\" width=\"1846\" height=\"772\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">To define and configure the list of events for your account, you will need to click on the \u00ab<b>Events<\/b>\u00bb tab in the top right corner.
