Once inside the record, you will see the button to access the messaging for that operation on the upper right side.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/118_image.png\" width=\"1232\" height=\"720\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">After clicking on the \u00ab<b>Messages<\/b>\u00bb button you will be redirected to the internal messaging of the shipment, where you will be able to view the list of chats that have been created. Also, by clicking on the \u00ab<b>New Message<\/b>\u00bb button you can create a new chat with a participant of the operation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/119_image.png\" width=\"1266\" height=\"416\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">After clicking on \u00ab<b>New Message<\/b>\u00ab, you can set the title and content of the message that it is going to be send. After defining the content, click on \u00ab<b>Edit Participants<\/b>\u00bb to set the recipients of the message.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/120_image.png\" width=\"1232\" height=\"720\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">When you click on \u00ab<b>Edit participants<\/b>\u00ab, the following window will open, where you can select the participants who will receive the message notification.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/121_image.png\" width=\"1254\" height=\"759\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">After selecting the receivers of the message and saving the changes, you will see the following image with the message preview, along with the message title, content and, at the bottom, the participants who will receive the notification.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">If all the information in the message is correct, click on the \u00ab<b>Send<\/b>\u00bb button.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/usyncro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/122_image.png\" width=\"1232\" height=\"720\" style=\"height: auto;\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">In the following image, you can see the preview of the message when it is received, together with the field to enter the content of the reply.
