# Manage customs pre-clearance from the platform V1

To support your customs clearance process from **USYNCRO**, first you will need to enter the record you wish to clear.

Subsequently, at the top of the record, you will find a box called **MRN**, as shown in the image at the end of the article.

Proceed to enter the **MRN** code, in the indicated box, and then save the record to make the action effective. This process is usually performed by the **forwarder or customs broker.**

Once the **MRN** code is uploaded, Customs will receive the clearance notice, and will be able to access all shared documentation according to the current visibility permissions.

Once the **summary declaration** is issued (even if the operation ends up being included in an **orange circuit**) the documentation will be automatically cleared, avoiding physical requirements and speeding up the clearance process, as long as the documentation provided on the platform is correct.

**Note**: You may receive a notification on the platform about a missing document that must be provided before the summary is issued.
